Hi Guys
It really depends on how Paul purchased his MSO, if he got a shrink wrap
copy (Staples,Bestbuy) for each machine; he can do whatever he wants, but if
he got a site license then the old license runs out once he upgrades to new
version.

At my old site, I had Office 95 for running on one machine(cuz we only had
one Win95 system then) once I upgraded everything in '99, I got site license
so MSO 2K could run from each machine, (I think I got discount or credit for
the 95version) but last few years, MS has changed their thinking. They don't
expect sites to run multiple versions, not sure this helps but that's how we
did it then.

I don't see where he mentioned if he's running a site license or not, but
bottom line, As long as he has proof of purchase, he can do whatever he
wants.

This is just my opinion, I could be wrong! (Dennis Miller)
