Where a memory stick is treated by Windows as a disk drive, I see no reason
why any application could not be installed on the named logical disk [memory
stick] provide the application supports alternate placement..

Martha,

I didn't think the application could be installed on a memory stick. I use
Outlook Express so having both versions shouldn't affect that, right???

I don't understand how to install them in separate locations. Can you
explain?

Thanks for your prompt reply!
Jan

Hi Jan,

You can install both Office 2003 and Office 2007 on the same computer; the
exception is you can only have one version of Outlook. You just need to set
Office up to separate locations when it is installed. MS Office puts a lot
of stuff in the Registry and it must be there in order to run. I could be
mistaken, but I seriously doubt any version of Office will run from the
memory stick.

Martha
