Hi Pamela, I was able to get to the manual from the start menu. That is helpful. But I am not sure how to change the import date from the properties so that the information is entered correctly. I am headed out for the 4th of July weekend in the morning and I don't think I will have a chance to reply until I return. I do appreciate your reply though. What ends up happening is that it misses previous transactions and therefore, the balance is off. You may need to go in and change that under properties, so that all of your transactions are being imported. If the date is earlier, then check your starting balance to be sure it matches the balance at the time the transactions started. You can also access the manual by going to the Start menu, Programs, Money Talks and choose Documentation in the money talks submenu. This is an HTML document, so you can read it with JAWS. I am pretty sure I am messing something up, but I am not sure how to fix it. When I went to read the help materials, the reader for RFB&D popped up and said that I was only allowed to use the reader for their books. Pretty funny, but I need to work on changing that too! Is there another way I can get to the help file? The available formats for my accounts are Quicken Web connect, MS Money OFX, and QIF, if selecting a different format would be better let me know. I appreciate any help. Thanks, Keith
