[modeleng] Rivet closer

I have had an enquiry to purchase a ready made rivet closing / forming tool
from a fellow who is building a tender in 5" scale.
He has the plans for some that were in one of the magazines some time ago
but he just doesn't have the time to make it / them.
Does anyone know if there are any commercially available?
