Jumping to parts works for me.

That's good.

It seems that John didn't retain a lot of the hotkeys in the new editors, like for jumping to parts. That's pretty lame, and means tabbing forever. Ugh.

Arturos re-wrote the scripts.

Someone did try running the editors on the Wave editor by creating another script for when the Wave Editor opens and to call the Motif Tools set.

All you need to do is copy one of the sets of scripts for one of the other tools say Voice Editor and rename it to execute when the Wave Editor is called - naming it the same as the wave editor fexecutable with the appropriate script extentions.

The test was quick and it was mentioned there was some basic navigation which was same as that of the other tools.

John wrote to me to ask me if I'd tried the waveform editor, and if it worked okay with Jaws. I didn't know. I guess not.

However, I haven't tried his new editors, either, , which someone on here made scripts for, I think. Who was that?

What had to be done in general to get the new XS editors to work? Maybe the same thing will work for the waveform editor?

In either case, he's finishing up work on the XF editors, and will begin testing soon, so this is the time to get his attention about desired changes.

Using jaws 11.0.1467 on a windows xp machine

Oh, god, it breaks my heart. This thing barely reads. JAWS cursor shows little in the main window. I so need this program yesterday, too. John, why have you forsaken us? I wonder if it would work better on the mac, but I highly doubt it.
