Hi Bastien,

Have you considered allowing the number of threads to be a
command line option in MIRA4, rather than (only) in the manifest?

For tasks like cluster job submission it is nice to be able to set
this via an environment variable (e.g. $NSLOTS on SGE),
which would work if we can tell MIRA this via the command line.
