Hi Bastien,
The manual still only talks about the /1 and /2 suffixes for
the "solexa" naming scheme:

Am I right that this has since been extended to handle
the current Illumina naming where we get readname,
space, 1 or 2, colon, etc?
It would help to have that clarified in the manual,
