ah cool just like you could in tiger. at that time it was moved before
vo wasn't active. glad it's back in some form.

says the machine needs to be restarted after restart is clicked
the login window comes up, voiceover reverts to default settings
at this time and actually allows a user to find out the progress
of the installation.  This used to be silent and we never new what
was happening.  Just one more request that Apple has fixed.
