Subject: [macvoiceover] speech during the restart process after an update

Wonder if anyone has noticed this. After doing an update when it says
the machine needs to be restarted after restart is clicked the login
window comes up, voiceover reverts to default settings at this time
and actually allows a user to find out the progress of the
installation. This used to be silent and we never new what was
happening. Just one more request that Apple has fixed. Pretty awesome.
