Trust me, they do reply back in a *very* timely fashion, and they'll forward things on to the appropriate department for further investigation and fixes, if need be.

I've been a dedicated Mac user for 10 years now, this April 25th, and have been a VoiceOver user since April 29th, 2005. Can't imagine using anything else! <grin!>
