The weird thing is, I could get 2 days out of my phone before, if I had to. 
Admittedly, I didn't use it a lot for calls, but my usage generally was pretty 
heavy. 
Since upgrading, I'm lucky to get the day, and I frequently don't. I don't know 
if it's iOs 5 or the 4S, but something's making the difference, and it's not my 
usage. A big part of it is that there's some weird glitch where it seems to 
come out of standby for 3 hours or so in the middle of the night, but even 
without that, the drain is noticeably faster. It's not a change I'm loving all 
that much.
