[macvoiceover] Re: incert key?

Hi,

Under windows you have to remap the keys if you are using a VMware solution. I 
haven't got the app name at hand to provide to help.

Mac doesn't use the Insert key. I don't recall seeing any options in any apps 
under the Mac that is aware of Insert.
