Hi GB ers!

you may know that you can change the octave and timbre of your musical
keyboard with the z, x, v and b keys on the keyboard. That being said, I
find two groups in instraments, the larger group divided into things like
strings, horns, woodwinds, guitar and many more and in each of those a few
items. In the case of this particular example, steel string acoustic is one
of the instraments of the subcatagory of guitar. There does not seem to be
further devision unless I am missing something, but I can change the timber
from really fretty to quite soft.

Hi, David and others. After selecting a type of instrument from the list
that defaults to grand piano, are you able to select further instrument
types? For instance, I can arrow up that initial list to steel-string
guitar, but I can't seem to find any variations once I've selected that.
Same with pianos or loops. I know you said that the help tags were offering
you more info. And that checking and unchecking boxes was helping, but I
can't even find any check-boxes. Could I possibly need to set something
differently in VO preferences? Thanks for your thoughts.

Ginny
