To be a little more descriptive, what you'll be interacting with after you VO
left arrow from the name table is the Contact Information group. Once you're
interacting with that, tehre is a scroll area to interact with that has the
actual information to VO arrow through.
This amount of interacting and uninteracting has always seemed a little clunky
to me, so if anyone has a smoother way to do it I'd love to hear it.
