Well we've been able to do this ever since Voiceover came into being, since Tiger. It follows then that you would be able to do this with prereleases as well, as Voiceover is still part of the os--at least, it had better still be there :).

I have an adc select membership.
Discussion of pre-release software is not permitted, so the best I could say is yes it's better, or things like this app works better, and that one hasn't changed, things like that, can't really give specifics. However, anyone is able to buy an adc membership, and install the os themselves.
