Sara, every version of osx has built-in voiceover, it doesn't matter if it's a pre-release version as is available in the ADC membership programs, or the ones you buy off the shelf at the apple retail stores. Everything works out of the box. Quite a refreshing change from other operating systems, though there are some linux distributions who are taking a page from the apple manual, and making their system talk out of the box as well, so perhaps, things are looking up for all of us.
