[macvoiceover] Random pitch changes with VoiceOver on Lion

Does anyone else experience random pitch changes in the voice output of
VoiceOver? I've been experiencing this since I got my Mac, and suddenly thought
I should check the list to see if this was a known characteristic of something
up with my rig.
It manifests as both up and down changes, usually when scrolling quickly
through text or lists like my in box. It's whole sentences and text blocks, so
not a pitch change to indicate something with a word.
