preview does a really good job. it can be a little slow but its just the same as using adobe on windows lol
I'm reading service manuals and product spec sheets with the best possible screen reader around and wow I love this to bits.
one manual I'm reading contains over 340 pages and it hasnt crashed lol and its containing a heck of a lot of content.

I'm not having any issues either. I wonder what documents are causing it?also, configuration of preview can be a factor. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Cara Quinn" <Cara-Quinn@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <macvoiceover@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, March 11, 2008 9:04 PM Subject: [macvoiceover] Re: Questions About Adobe Reader for the Mac Bill et al; I haven't had this prob at all. I'v recently updated to os/x v5.2, and when I did so, preview at that point stopped functioning with pdfs. Anybody else have a similar problem? If you want behavior specifics, please let me know at this address. Any assistance in getting this up and running again would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, and do take care. I did read somewhere that pdf viewing was broken in 10.5.1, and that it was fixed in 10.5.2, but I've not upgraded to 10.5.2 yet, because of the various problems folks have had. As a result, I cannot read my fictionwise books at the moment either, unless I reboot into tiger to do so. <sigh> On Mar 10, 2008, at 9:05 PM, Jane Jordan (Gmail) wrote:Just tried to openthe file in Preview, and it crashed.
