tim,

i have found a better way is to go to the apple page

www.apple.com/support

and then there find the contact number and call and tell them what you are
concerned with and would like a responce back. that part is very inportant.

when i do this i get a email with in 48 hours from a support person
concerning the issue.

Hi,

I sent a message to accessibility@xxxxxxxxx a couple of weeks ago, but have
heard nothing since - no acknowledgement or bounce notification. Am I right
in using this address to raise accessibility-related issues for Apple
products?

Best wishes.
