Yes but I did not see iCloud drive anywhere in finder preferences or under
iCloud in system preferences.

I must be missing something somewhere so that is why I wrote down everything

Also, check Finder preferences and select, Sidebar, from the toolbar to
be sure you don’t have iCloud drive unchecked.

but I cannot get to all 22 of those items. They only read applications
library system, user guides, users and that’s it.
