I just sent it to you off list. look for off list in the subject line lol!  and 
look in the headers for the attachment or press cmd y to do a quick look. Btw 
this is on gout publicly on purpose and as for the track pad you do own one. 
it's on your mouse pad. Do a vo and while holding that down turn your hand 
clockwise on the trackpad as if you are turning a nob. I did a spreaker 
presentation that's about 30 minutes long and will provide a link for you to 
download in to iTunes as a podcast.
