I just shift tab to the too field and edit it with no need to interact.

I don't think you can do v o left arrow. If you use the command shift r to
reply and you want to then edit the to field, you need to do
shift tab which will move you backward through the header fields. When you are
in the to field you will need to interact with it. If you are not familiar with
what that means it means you must use shift, plus the VO keys, plus the down
arrow. You can then edit the field you are in. It is probably going to be
easier though to find out how to get the person's address from properties if
it's not one that you already have. I know this seems very overwhelming to you
right now. Leave it for a while and then come back to it. Eventually, you will
begin to understand some of the commands and concepts and it will become second
nature to you. Right now, part of your frustration is that the list you are
dealing with is apparently not set to reply to the original sender only. On
this list, for example, you can't do that. If you do command r on this list, as
you say, it goes to all members. As I say, take a break and try it again with a
fresh prespective.

Isaiah 2:11 Human pride will be brought down,
and human arrogance will be humbled.
Only the LORD will be exalted
      on that day of judgment.
