[mac4theblind] Replying to sender, having issues with it.

when I wanted to reply to sender, I VO left arrow to message headers, then VO 
down arrow twice to get to the sender's name, I then VO Arrow once which pretty 
much says nothing, then I would VO arrow back right which used to give me the 
name of the person so I could use the VO shift M command to get to reply to 
sender.  

for some reason, it's not working that way anymore and I wanted to know if you 
all have had the same issues, it's probably just me, smile.  But I'm still 
having issues with that stupid anti-virus not wanting to close and it's been 
more like five hours since it's been busy.  

If I close down my computer, will it pop back up again when I turn it back on?

guess I'll give it a shot, but still don't know what is going on with this 
email thing.  there was someone I really needed to get in touch with but 
couldn't reply to sender.
