The Brits will pull out 2/3rds of their troops by April (not mid-Summer).
This is a major change. It's being compared to Spain's pullout after the Madrid Bombings
(where 190 people died).
A week ago, Bush made a major speech where he said he would not run. The same day, 20
highly-trained US troops died in Afghanistan. Then the London Bombings. And now, the US is
pulling out half of its troops.
