officials desperately in need of Logic 101. If the Federal Govt functions
the way the State & County Govts do, it explains a lot of things!

ck: Is Eric vacationing in Fresno, California? In East L.A.? I had the
drive-up-at-a-drive-up-window-or-no-can-do bank experience in both these
places. Not in Texas, though that might have changed by now.
