Hi,
So, it's a bit like affirmative action was here? The assumption being that
if you are low-caste that you have to have special qualifiers in order to
make it in--'cause you have to be stupid/bad grades, etc.... Wasn't that the
presumption here, too--that if you were a smart other-nationality, you would
be
able to be accepted--
People are not discriminated against other than the low-qualifying and not
because of their caste? Like how people were not discriminated against
because they were not "White Males"?
