Yes indeed.  But what do you think he perp(etrat)ed?  That
is, what do you think he and the other man who's been
arrested have been shown to have done?

yes, they're still looking, in the house and in the men's
workplaces
but are now looking for traces of chemicals in the house.

Meanwhile, I wouldn't want to call him a perp
