Thanks John.  I'll grab it from there.  I do see that the downloads page has

   - Latest liblouisxml Windows binary (includes liblouis and tools and
   xml2brl) <http://www.abilitiessoft.com/liblouisxml-2.0.0-win32.zip>

But the link is a broken link.  Was there suppose to be a built version of
liblouisutdml there or just liblouis?
