Vic, The conversion modules are in the liblouisutdml subdirectory. Look for files begining utd2 They will be automatically included in the Windows build. If you compile the dll and use it inBrailleBlaster you might see some improvements, depending on what features you are using. For example, page headers and footers will now be centered, but you probably aren't using them.
