[liblouis-liblouisxml] Re: liblouis and liblouisxml in Gnome accessibility testing distro

liblouis does only translation and back-translation. It does not do any 
formatting. For a really usable braille transcription software package 
you need both liblouis and liblouisxml In the future you may want to 
replace liblouisxml with liblouisutdml It has much greater capabilities 
and also Java bindings. It is usable now, but is still undergoing 
intense development.
