[liblouis-liblouisxml] Please test a new revision of liblouis

Revision 511 is now in the svn repository. It may correct the problem
with the always opcode. However, the words at then beginning and end of
emphasized phrases may not be fully contracted. Emphasis within words
may also occasionally be incorrect. Work continues to resolve these
bugs.
The compiler has been slightly enhanced in preparation for the scripting
language which will resolve problems which the present algorithms cannot
handle.
