[liblouis-liblouisxml] New spanish braille table is not inBraille Options of NVDA

Hi.
I knowed that a file of name "es.chardefs.cti" is in NVDA, louis,
tables, but it is not in the list of transcripcion tables in the
Braille Options windows of the Preferences menu of NVDA. Why? How do?
