This is fixed in svn r838, which is in liblouis 2.5.2. The problem was that
the Unicode Braille character definitions in braille-patterns.cti (which is
included by de-de-comp8.ctb) were being used during backtranslation. This
was fixed by using the noback opcode for all entries in
braille-patterns.cti.
