Yet one more thing: Could you describe what the changes are in a few
words? We basically need an entry in the NEWS file so that users can see
what will be new in the next liblouis release, i.e. what has been
changed/improved with respect to the Indian tables. You can look at
https://github.com/liblouis/liblouis/blob/tables/indian/NEWS to get an idea.
