[liblouis-liblouisxml] Re: BrailleBlaster GUI Ready for Feedback

I'll start puting the various swt.jar files on the brailleblaster.org 
site and also the versions of liblouis and liblouisutdml for various 
platforms. I almost have the Windows dll for liblouis. The files for 
building it will be in the repository and in the tarball. The same for 
liblouiosutdml
