[liblouis-liblouisxml] Adding the new Tables to liblouis repository

At present the repository does not contain the new tables in
liblouis-1.4.tar.gz . I have the new tables in a directory called
newtables. So in my working copy I went to the tables directory and
typed svn add ~/newtables . It complained that my home directory was not
svn-legit. The svn book at red-bean doesn't say what to do about this
message. I also have to add Makefile.am from the release and probably
Makefile.in for now. Please advise.
