Dear Ramy:

I'm Norberto from Argentina. The X5D does not feature portamento; however,
if you listen carefully to a demo medley included, "Around the World" (keys
COMBI + EDIT at the same time, then release and press COMBI key to listen),
you'll hear, exactly at time 3:05 from start, some kind of a vintage synth
performing a short monophonic portamento solo.

Hidden feature, I wonder? Anyway, I couldn't find any information about
that; I was also unable to even fake portamento, neither by the SYSEX way
nor by software (Cakewalk scripting) means. Sorry for being of little help.

Greetings,

Norberto.
