Incident Action Plan for SR17 (Sprague River Flood 2017) attached. The general
information is updated on the second attachment with the latest flood forecast
- water level went from a peak of 9.1' to 10.3'. Flood stage of 8.5' expected
to be reached tomorrow morning.
