The NWS has forecast heavy rain and strong winds across much of the Southern
Oregon region Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning. The potential for
flooding and rock/mud/snow slides exists in most areas, as well as toppled
trees and broken branches. See below graphics for rainfall and wind gust
details. Avoid heavily treed areas during the windstorm, especially those in
saturated ground and at higher elevations.
Questions can be directed to Emergency Management.
