Hey Guys.

I have a question. I downloaded ethereal and installed it and got it working and everything. I'm pretty excited about that. But, what exactly does it do? Or, more to the point, what is it good for? I use KisMAC often on my endless search for wireless networks, and in the Documentation it mentioned ethereal as a packet analyzer, but what does it analyze them for? I just don't get it...I read the documentation on the site, and just...found nothing. I don't know.

My basic question is 1) Do you guys use ethereal and if so 2) what for?
