9-11 Observance
<BT>To mark the fifth anniversary the 9-11 terrorist  attacks, the Town of 
Leesburg will hold an evening memorial ceremony Monday,  Sept. 11, at 7 p.m., 
on 
the Town Green, 25 West Market St. The ceremony will  include messages from 
the mayor of Leesburg and the chief of poli

In addition, the Town's Freedom Memorial at Freedom Park, 101 Granada  
Circle, will be open from 7:30 a.m.-9 p.m. for individuals wishing to pay their 
 
respects. Both events are open to the public and will be held rain or shine.
