I got another message from my friend who is trying to help HIS friend with a Juno problem. It seems that the problem originate from her workplace...when an attachment comes in at her workplace, she can open it. When she forwards the attachment to her home, via the workplace system, it can't be opened at home. I also find it interesting that Juno does not update her v.4 to Build11 - it does update me anytime I have to reload Juno and use the old copy to reload! I thought the only thing to do was ask her friends to send her attachments directly to her home. Any other ideas? b --------- Forwarded message ---------- Here is the error message that Trish gets when she tries to save the attachments that she has sent herself from her computer at work: "Juno cannot save this attachment in its original format because it is encoded with x-uuencode, an unrecognized encoding type. Would you like to save it anyway and try to decode it with another program?" The company computer runs Lotus Notes. She really has no control over how messages are encoded. She has version "Juno Web 4.0 (Build 5)". stv To unsubscribe, send a message to listar@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx with "unsubscribe juno_accmail" in the body or subject. OR visit http://freelists.dhs.org ~*~
