Nah...they be doin' that since the e-mail-only days.
mailto:help@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, for customers of the paid Web service,
is where the humans (some of whom in India, per a previous thread)
do the reading.
I imagine non-paids are still expected to call 1.900.866.JUNO or
similar, at least those in the States...
