[JA] Juno 4 Inbox read error / FOLD0000.FRM renamed to FOLD0000.BAD

I have just learned, due to a friends computer crash, that the Juno 4
.FRM files are almost as bad as the Juno 5 .BDB files. After running
scandisk the FOLD0000.FRM file got truncated and could not be read by
Juno 4. Scandisk created over a thousand FILEXXXX.CHK files of which at
least some are pieces of the original FOLD0000.FRM file, the Inbox folder.
Has anyone else experienced this? Has anyone recovered from this?
