I guess the downside of using the excellent E-S Treescapes autogen is the increased load it imposes on the system. My framerates are acceptable but I get occasional flashing, usually from the edge of a dense clump of trees.
I know there are alternative AG Tree textures around, designed to reduce performance impact, so is anyone on the list using them and, if so, what's the effect?
