yeah, sometimes, it says unknown zone.  I recommend either ctrl+r, or ctrl+o
and type in an address, try alt+left arrow if you have followed a link and
you can also try jaws key+escape to see if you get content.

Hi David,
I think I have noticed that, so do you just have to wait for the page to
fully load or something?  Is it still loading at that point?  I think that
sometimes it will say that it is still loading the page but I think at
other times it says something else that I can't remember now.
