strange intermittent Jaws problem when clicking on a link

Hi All,
Sometimes when I click on a link on a web page, and this can be either a
link to download a file or just a link to go to another page, after I click
on the link Jaws won't say anything if I do a say line command, insert-8 on
the numpad.
I used to have this problem in Jaws 5.0 mainly when going from one page to
another on a web site and sometimes alt-tabbing through my open programs
would help, but now with Jaws 5.1, and it seems like since I installed the
new XP service pack 2, it has also been happening when I click on a link to
download a file and the alt-tab trick often doesn't work for this. Has
anybody else noticed this behavior from Jaws and is there a fix?
