Unfortunately, unless you put all of your shortcut files in a specific
folder, I don't know how to tell you how to get to it.  The default might
look something like: Shortcut to Notepad, or something like that.  You might
try a windows search for a file like that, or a search that will bring up
all the files with shortcut in the name.

If you can find the shortcut file and delete it, I believe you will solve
the problem.
