The option isn't in the start menu, making those suggestions
impossible, never mind difficult.

Sorry if these ordinary methods were dismissed earlier in the thread as being impractical for some reason.

That command may not be enabled on her computer. If that's the case, then it's not a JFW problem and she should probably speak to her technician about it. It is possible; library computers, for instance, have that command disabled.
