With JAWS 11 and Outlook 2007 you can easily get the sender's address.
Just shift+tab to the "from" field, use shift+down arrow and then ctrl+c to
copy.
You will need to clean the data up a bit but you do get the sender's
address. Much easier than previous JAWS versions.
